The 15×K7-IWRC(K) represents the premium specification among multi-strand, rotation-resistant steel wire ropes. Compared to the standard 15×K7-IWRC, its key upgrade is the use of compacted strands for the core (indicated by the "K" designation), resulting in a dual-compaction structure where both the outer strands and the core are compacted. This design eliminates internal and external voids, creating an exceptionally dense and solid rope assembly.
Featuring a multi-strand construction with counter-lay (opposing lay directions) between the inner and outer layers, the rope’s rotational torques cancel each other out, effectively preventing suspended loads from spinning. With excellent torsional stability, it is ideal for single-line lifting, high-lift applications, complex pulley systems, and deep-shaft operations.
The compacted steel core provides robust internal support, ensuring the rope remains resistant to deformation or internal crushing—even under conditions of multi-layer winding or lateral compression.
