18x19S-WSC(19x19S)

The 18×19S-WSC also can be called 19×19S crane wire rope is a multi-layer, rotation-resistant rope featuring a traditional round-strand Seale construction. The designation "18" indicates the number of outer strands, "19S" denotes the Seale strand construction, and "WSC" signifies a wire strand core. This round-strand design ensures flexibility and good bendability, making it suitable for applications involving multi-layer spooling and frequent bending.

Utilizing a multi-layer strand structure, the inner and outer strands are laid in opposite directions. Under tension, the opposing rotational torques generated by the inner and outer layers cancel each other out, effectively preventing the load from spinning in mid-air or the rope from kinking. It offers above-average torsional resistance, making it ideal for operations such as short-stroke hoisting and light-duty lifting.

It features an independent wire strand as its core. Its performance and strength characteristics fall between those of a fiber core (FC) and an independent wire rope core (IWRC), providing robust internal support while maintaining good flexibility.
