6×K29F-IWRC

The 6×K29F-IWRC (same as 6×K29Fi-IWRC) is a high-performance wire rope featuring compacted strands, a Filler-type construction, and an Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC), specifically designed for modern high-speed lifting equipment and high-lift applications.

The "K" designation indicates that the strands have undergone a compaction process after stranding. This results in an exceptionally smooth strand surface where the wires fit tightly together with virtually no gaps. The contact mode between wires within the strand has been upgraded from "line contact" to "surface contact," significantly enhancing the metal fill density, breaking strength, and crush resistance.

The "29F" designation signifies that each strand consists of 29 wires arranged in a Filler configuration. By filling the gaps between wires with finer wires, this structure imparts excellent flexibility and resistance to bending fatigue to the rope.
