6×K36WS-FC

The 6×K36WS-FC is a high-performance rope featuring compacted strands, a Warrington-Seale construction (offering line contact), and a fiber core; it is engineered to balance high strength and superior wear resistance with excellent flexibility.

The "K" designation indicates that the strands have undergone a compaction process after twisting. This results in an exceptionally smooth strand surface where the wires fit tightly together with virtually no gaps. The internal wire configuration has been upgraded from "line contact" to "surface contact," significantly enhancing the metallic cross-sectional area, breaking strength, and crush resistance.

The core consists of natural or synthetic fiber (such as sisal or polypropylene). Acting like a "sponge" within the wire rope, the fiber core stores a substantial amount of lubricant while providing excellent elastic cushioning.
