● For elevator traction system
● core: steel core
● strand: seale
● lifting speed ≤ 4.0 m/s
● traveling height ≤ 200 m
IWRC stands for Independent Wire Rope Core, meaning the core itself is an independent wire rope. This steel core structure significantly enhances the rope's overall tensile strength, crush resistance, and high-temperature stability.
Thanks to its 8-strand construction and steel core, the rope offers exceptionally high breaking strength and excellent structural stability; its low elasticity and minimal permanent elongation effectively ensure precise leveling accuracy for elevators.
The combination of the Seale construction's outer layer of thick wires and the steel core allows the rope to withstand higher specific pressure within the sheave grooves, effectively resisting wear and deformation caused by crushing, thereby extending its service life.
