The wire rope is constructed from eight strands—each comprising 19 wires—arranged in a Warrington (W) pattern. A distinctive feature of this configuration is the alternating arrangement of thick and thin wires in the outer layer, while the inner layer consists of thin wires. This alternating design not only increases the contact area between wires but also imparts excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance to the rope.

The Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC) provides robust structural support, resulting in exceptionally high breaking strength. Additionally, the rope exhibits minimal permanent and elastic elongation, which helps ensure precise leveling and smooth operation for the elevator.

The wire core structure enables the rope to withstand higher specific pressures, effectively resisting crushing deformation caused by the traction sheave grooves, thereby reducing the risk of wire breakage and extending the overall service life.
