6×25F-FC

The 6×25F-FC (often designated as 6×25Fi-FC) is a classic, high-performance wire rope featuring a fiber core and a "Filler" (Fi) construction that ensures line contact between wires. While maintaining excellent flexibility and fatigue resistance, the fiber core provides effective elastic cushioning and internal lubrication, making this a staple model in lifting, mining, and piling machinery applications.

The "25F" designation indicates that each strand consists of 25 wires arranged in a "Filler" configuration; fine filler wires are inserted into the gaps between the inner and outer wire layers, creating tight line contact. This structure enhances the metallic cross-sectional area and structural stability while preserving high flexibility; it ensures more uniform load distribution and eliminates secondary bending stresses. Reduced internal friction effectively prevents fatigue-induced wire breaks caused by repeated bending, resulting in outstanding wear resistance.

The core is made of natural or synthetic fiber (such as sisal or polypropylene). Acting like a "sponge" for the rope, the fiber core stores a significant amount of lubricant while providing excellent elastic cushioning.
