During wire sawing operations, the diamond beads and spacer sleeves exert intense friction and compressive force on the steel wire rope. The outer wires of the 6x7 construction are relatively thick, with a smoother surface and superior wear resistance, enabling them to effectively withstand abrasion from external abrasive materials as well as radial compression from pulleys and beads.
The 1x19 Independent Wire Rope Core (IWRC) offers exceptional flexibility. This configuration allows the rope to effectively dissipate internal stress during high-speed operation and repeated bending; its fatigue resistance is significantly superior to that of standard constructions, thereby substantially extending the service life of the wire saw.
